Terms of Service · Last updated March 27, 2026
Welcome to Tuitiontime. By using our app or website, enrolling in any course, or making a purchase, you accept these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. Tuitiontime runs on the Igniter platform (igniterapp.com).
To use Tuitiontime you must be 13 or older, and anyone under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian’s permission to enrol and transact.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Contact [email protected] immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
On enrolment you get a limited, personal, non-transferable right to access the course for your individual use. Copying, sharing, recording or reselling content is not permitted.
Your access lasts as long as the course remains live on Tuitiontime, unless we suspend it for a violation of these Terms.
Course prices are shown on the Service in Indian Rupees and may include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details.
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. Prices may change from time to time, but a change will not affect a course you have already paid for.
Our separate Refund Policy on this site explains when you can claim a refund. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days.
Courses that have already been largely consumed or downloaded may not qualify for a refund, unless the law requires otherwise.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if the academy ceases operating on the platform.
When using the Service you must not copy or redistribute course content, circumvent payment or DRM controls, post unlawful or abusive material, or disrupt the platform’s security or normal functioning.
Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or closed, and serious breaches may result in loss of access without a refund.
The Service and its educational content are provided “as is” for learning purposes. While we work hard to keep content accurate and the Service available, Tuitiontime does not guarantee any particular exam result, uninterrupted availability, or that the content is error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuitiontime is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
All courses, videos, notes, mock tests, branding, and other material on the Service are owned by Tuitiontime or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Your licence to use them does not transfer any ownership to you.
Indian law governs these Terms, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may revise these Terms occasionally. Where a change is significant we will give in-app notice and update the “Last updated” date shown above, and your continued use signals acceptance of the new Terms.
Questions about these Terms, or a grievance about the Service? Email us at [email protected] and we will respond as promptly as we can.
